		<description><![CDATA[I love cajeta!!  I&#039;ve lived in Mexico off and on for the last three years, and it&#039;s always been my go-to sweet once I arrive in the country (starting at the airport...) Once I was driving on the highway between Jalisco and Colima, and we pulled off to buy cajeta from a wrinkly old man with a stand on the side of the road.  It came in little wooden boxes (complete with a darling little wooden spoon (spade?) to eat it with) and had been SMOKED.  If you&#039;re a fan of creme brulee or carmelized anything, I recommend you try smoking your cajeta-because of the process, it becomes super thick (almost a paste-you almost can&#039;t eat it in any way except straight with a spoon-but that&#039;s not so bad, right?) and the flavor is to die for.  I ate the entire box (meant to be a treat enjoyed throughout the whole weekend) in one sitting in the car.  PS your blog&#039;s awesome, the photos are marvelous :)]]></description>
