Noshing, Part II

Chickpea Dip

1 19-oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
juice of 1 lemon
4 oz. lowfat sour cream
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon ground harissa
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

Blend ingredients in food processor and serve with pita chips.
