Pineapple Salsa

1/2 cup pineapple, cut into 1/4-inch dice
1/4 cup red onion, cut into 1/4-inch dice
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
salt, to taste

Combine ingredients in non-reactive bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
