The rhetorical engine is composed of two moving parts - anaphora, "Figure of repetition that occurs when the first word or set of words in one sentence, clause, or phrase is/are repeated at the beginning of successive sentences, clauses, or phrases; repetition of the initial word(s) over successive phrases or clauses..." combined with caesura, "A natural pause or break in a line of poetry, usually near the middle of the line." The caesura gradually shifts the anaphoric device to the end of the sentence, shifting the rhetorical weight and creating a spring board for the next leap. Thanks, though.
