Three deer were outside, rooting through the leaves and grass (more leaves than grass, unfortunately). Two more wandered into view. He said, “You’ve got a herd of ’em!”<\/p>\n
Then they heard a noise, and bolted for the woods, followed by four more. So, in total, there were nine deer meandering through my yard and looking for food. They move beautifully, like suggestions of motion, fluid then sharply zig-zagging. I continue to live a life of wonders.<\/p>\n
