Today’s NYTimes<\/em> has an article about the memorial service for Isaac Hayes<\/a>. I can only hope for a memorial that features musical interludes by Chick Corea, Kirk Whalum and Doug E. Fresh (but I’ll pass on orations from Revs. Jesse & Al). The best part was this description of Bootsy Collins’ funeral attire: “a get-up involving wide pinstripes, a kerchief, and rhinestone-coated sunglass lenses with peepholes in the shape of stars. . .”<\/p>\n

Of course, they had to provide a photograph of said get-up:<\/p>\n
