Instapundit<\/a> today pointed out that there’s a Genocide Intervention Fund<\/a> that provides support for the African Union peacekeepers. Unfortunately, he pointed out, it doesn’t create a fund to hire mercenaries to wreak havoc against the genocidaires. <\/p>\n
