My buddy Jon-Eric called this morning and invited me out on a hike in Sterling Forest. After all the running around in the holiday-period, plus all our work-stress, it was a heck of a way to finish up the year: Happy New Year, everyone. Enjoy the scenery.

I finished the Berlin Noir trilogy on Christmas morning. They’re fantastic novels, and I recommend them highly.
